Contemplata is the Latin word “to see”. Contemplative practices are those practices that provide us a way to "see" or connect with ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
The Pause follows the acronym be STILL,
S - settle our bodies
T - turn off distraction
I - inhale and exhale
L - Let go
L - Listen
This practice can be experienced quickly in a stressful moment, or practiced as a 2 hour integrated session.
