Take a break from the chaos and experience a pause with Angie to integrate your body, mind, heart and spirit. We will begin by settling our bodies with a restorative yoga practice (gentle and supportive - all sitting and lying poses, no experience necessary), breathing exercises to quiet our minds, self-reflection on letting go of what we are gripping onto to open our hearts, and a meditation to connect our spirits to our source. The intention of the day is to give you a chance to pause - rest and restore - and tools for resilience and stability to continue on your journey.
Suggested donation: $20-$40
