4 week Course every Thursday in February that focuses on Aligning the Body, Mind, Spirit and Emotions at Loft on Main with Tammy Estrada
During this interactive course, we will learn and practice a unique combination of Ho’oponopono, Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching, Yoga, Posture Alignment and Joint Mobility work to help keep ourselves young, healthy and anxiety free. Everyday we are either regenerating or degenerating. When we are willing to take 100% responsibility and let go, what is right and perfect unfolds.
Ho’oponopono is a simple, yet profound Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. It is an extremely powerful technique to clear mental, emotional and physical blocks.

The Yoga, Posture Alignment and Joint Mobility segment will incorporate several different modalities including “Z Heath” which is an innovative brain-based fitness system that reshapes the way you move by improving the brain body connection. https://zhealtheducation.com
