Strengthening your four stakes (body, mind, heart and spirit) is critical to help you persevere and thrive along your journey. All classes are taught by certified yoga instructors that are aligned with the spirit and values of Loft on Main. The goal for the class is for the student to cease striving and instead, using poses and breathing techniques, gain a sense of surrender and acceptance. Our methodology is not typical "power"-style yoga. We believe the "power" comes from strength by going inward, by going deep, and through integration.
We have weekly and monthly classes and events, and also offer private classes for your group of friends (which is helpful as we re-emerge during COVID 19).
All adult classes are 60-75 minutes and $12 a person.
Yin Yoga is a deep practice where all of the poses are either sitting or lying on the mat. With the use of support, such as bolsters, and by holding poses for 3-5 minutes, muscles can relax and the stretch can reach the fascia, tendon and ligament levels. Yin is like an active pause.
We all need a blend of activity and pause in our lives. Yet we tend to focus more on one or the other. As yin holds poses for long periods of time and gets deeper into the connective tissues, yang is a more active hatha-type practice that engages the muscles and awakens the body. This 75 minute class starts with an inward, reflective yin practice and ends with an active, awakening yang practice.
Sacred Space offers pathways to peace by awakening, exploring, discovering, surrendering, and healing. The class offers physical Hatha yoga, connecting your body, mind, and spirit. It involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques for the holistic benefits of yoga, while inspiring and guiding the student to open up to endless possibilities.
There are times when you may desire to have one-on-one instruction, whether because of an injury, specific goal, or just a preference. Private sessions begin with a health and goal assessment for $75 where a plan is co-created by you and the instructor. Each subsequent yoga session after that is $65.

At loft on main, we believe that stability in motion starts at an early age. We offer kids yoga classes for ages 3-10, taught by Surya Kids Yoga (SKY). All classes are 60 minutes long and a blend of active yoga poses, energizing music, yoga-inspired games, mindfulness and meditation.
All kids yoga classes are $15.

Quieting your mind is essential for solving problems, creativity, healthy and aligned interactions, and decision making. Over time, quieting your mind also reduces cortisol and creates a sense of peace and calm.
At Loft on Main, we offer a weekly "Pause", which is a 30-minute free integrated practice and includes mindfulness and meditation. You can join us in person or access it virtually. Click below for details.
