At loft on main, we believe that every person has inherent dignity and should not only have their basic human rights and needs met for survival, but also given opportunities to thrive. We partner with leaders we are in relationship with (many who are part of our loft on main community) to support their efforts within their communities. These initiatives often include economic, educational, and community development training and opportunities.

We also strongly believe that along with improving the external circumstances, we all need to be able to approach life with resilience and alignment between our actions and our true selves. Therefore, we focus on bringing stability in motion (body, mind, heart and spirit integration) to our loft on main community and the communities we partner with. What does this look like? It could be yoga and centering sessions, leadership development, coaching, and team/organization support.
