Center of Stability in Motion

“Movement makes richest sense when set within a frame of stillness”. Pico Iyer

We all have a center - a place deep in our souls where we are the truest version of ourselves. Through life experiences and societal influences, we can lose that center and find ourselves questioning our true nature and purpose in this life.  We may find our actions are incongruent with our intentions, we may feel purposeless, or we may feel we are living a chaotic life with no stability and no way forward.

Stability in Motion is a framework designed by Angie Winn and is the foundation for all she and her team offers.  It contains two components:

The Stability component emphasizes the essential elements that help you move through life with integration, intention, and impact - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  The framework offers learning  experiences focusing on integrating body, mind, heart, and spirit into your daily life.  This stability reflects the center of your true self - and effects your relationships, actions, thoughts, decisions, and interactions.  Stability brings restoration and strength and prevents future burnout.

The Motion component focuses on how to discern your vision, purpose, or even daily decisions, so that they align with your true and stable center.  It also makes clear the path and how to persevere on the path.

This framework is for individuals on their own personal journey in life, leaders guiding others, and for teams who are living out the mission of their organization.

Learning and practicing experiences are offered through yoga, meditation, workshops facilitated experiences, retreats, spiritual guidance, coaching, consulting, and written materials.   Loft on main is the primary location for the Center of Stability in Motion offerings.  Offerings are also held in local and Colorado-based retreat centers.   For more information on the Stability in Motion framework, click on the link.
